is pleased to announce the launch of our 5th annual Bank Executive Benefit Survey!

We have made significant revisions to the survey this year that we believe will lead to even better results to be shared with you. 

There has traditionally been plenty of data on executive compensation in the banking industry but not very much on benefit programs which are often a major piece of a Bank Executive’s overall compensation package.

Each year we gather and analyze detailed information about the types of benefits and vesting schedules being used to help banks attract, retain, reward and retire their most valued key employees.

Our survey covers a variety of topics including participants, benefit levels, vesting and payout details, deferrals, retirement age, offsets, matching contributions, 409A compliance and typical provisions, such as change in control.  Newly added this year are questions pertaining to Long Term Incentive Plans (LTIP) and director benefit programs.

It takes about 10 minutes to complete the survey.  Respondents and results are strictly confidential.
